Please check if the contents of the attached figure among the contents of "10.2.1.2.1 Bidirectional Translation" on page 14 of the data sheet are errors.
"The output of A3 and B4 has a maximum output voltage equal to Vref_A"
"The output of A3 and A4 has a maximum output voltage equal to Vref_A"

If the data sheet is correct, if A3, A4, B3, and B4 do not have pull-up resistors, is the maximum output voltage the same as Vref_A?

    Yes, this should have said "A3 and A4".

    For voltages below Vref_A, the LSF works as an analog switch. When the A-side pins are outputs, higher voltages are clamped to Vref_A. When the B-side pins are outputs, they need pull-up resistors to get a higher voltage.
