The data sheet does not mention JEDEC for the SN74LVC14A NS package, does it comply with the JEITA standard?
Also, does this package fall under EIAJ ED-7303?

TI's D package is JEDEC MS-012 (body width 3.9 mm).
TI's NS package is JEITA/EIAJ Type II (body width 5.3 mm).
