Hello,

As title, TXB0104Q data transmission is very irregular i don't know why. logic level A is 3v3 and logic level B is 5V.
but logic output B does not reach 5V. Can anyone tell me the problem? thank you very much.

This is output channel B, 5V.

Such oscillations are typically caused by a capacitive load on the TXB output. Do you have long traces, connectors, or cable?

Replace it with the TXU0104/TXU0204/TXU0304.

I have solved the problem. For this type of ic, it is necessary to have a pull-up resistor to Vcc or a pull-down resistor to ground.

Hi Lai,

Thanks for confirming. Incase 100K is an overkill, 50K should work well as well, similar to Effects of pullup and pulldown resistors on TXS and TXB devices.
