Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TXS0102,
Hi Team,
What is the difference between LSF0102 and TXS0102? Can they be replaced with each other? Thanks.
Regards, Charlie

Both are passive switches using N-channel MOSFETs.
However, the LSF contains only three MOSFETs, and requires external pull-up resistors and an external gate-biasing circuit. The TXS integrates these, has rising-edge accelerators, and a power-down function. They are non pin-to-pin compatible.
