my customer wants a solution that support both GPIO and I2C , but don't need external pull-up resistor at the same time.

For I²C, you need an open-drain device, i.e., TXS or LSF. Only the TXS has internal pull-up resistors.

This is possible. It increases the current that other devices must sink when they drive the line low.

yeah , but also decrease the rise time. help I2C timing violation

The TXS has edge accelerators, so additional pull-up resistors are usually not needed.
