Hi,  

Do you have a automotive grade timer  for providing turn on duration from 5 seconds to 60 seconds and so on.

    The only device with the same features as the CD4060B is the CD4060B. What features do you actually need?

    Do you have an external clock source, or a crystal, or an R-C circuit? How is the timer triggered? Is it required to be regtriggerable?

    (There is not any automotive counter or timer with fewer than 16 pins.)
