Would it be possible for you to give a maximum level to consider that the supply voltage VCCA or VCCB is zero? less than 100mV? less than 10mV?

Hey Pierre,

Are you asking what the maximum voltage can be applied to at one supply when the other is at 0V? If so, each of the supply voltages (VCCA or VCCB) can support 1.65V to 5.5V. As mentioned previously in the original question, this device supports VCC isolation as well as Ioff feature, meaning that if any of the supplies are grounded to 0V, the I/O will be put into high impedance. AXC and LXC datasheets say something like:

The inputs and outputs for this device enter a high-impedance state when either supply is <100mV.

The SN74LVCH16T245 datasheet says:

The V_CC isolation feature ensures that if either V_CCA or V_CCB are at GND, …

What is the tolerance of "at GND"?

The tolerance of GND is not stated for the LVCH16T245, but should be at 0V unless specifically stated as such in AXC and LXC datasheets. Attached below is a reference of the LVCH16T245 datasheet:

I imagine it's difficult to get the data if not characterized for LVCH technology.

But AXC/LXC data give an indication of the likely operation.
