Hi
How do I get the PSPICE model for this device. It doesn't seem to be included in the PSPICE for TI package.
Also the 74LS85 and 74LS123 devices. Any variants will do.
Thanks\

Hi Warren,
We don't currently have PSpice models for most bipolar logic gates -- is there something in particular you wanted to understand about how the device works?
The monostable multivibrator (123) probably won't ever get a model due to issues with producing a behavioral model that matches the performance of the real device - ie external factors affect the model (C_ext) and thus we cannot easily create an accurate PSpice model.
Hi Emrys
I've imported the 193 and 85 models from previous ORCAD library files I had access to and they work fine. The 123 is still an issue though. Although there is a 123 device in the TI section, it doesn't work correctly. The pulse length it generates is orders of magnitude longer than it should be with known values I calculated.
Thanks
Warren
Hi Warren
Emrys is currently traveling for work. In regards to the ORCAD model you have I cannot tell you what is wrong as I don't have access to those files, but as Emrys said

There are lots of problems with trying to simulate monostable multivibrators, so we won't be able to produce an accurate model for you anyways. If you have some questions on device usage I can assist you.
