SN74AVC8T245: Leakage current when device is partial power on

Hi Team,

If we only power VCCA or VCCB, will it have leakage current at the power down side? If it has, what's the approximate number?

Does the Ioff means the current at the power down side?

If there is any problem even if only one VCC(A or B) is powered on for a long time, will it damage the device and affect its reliability?

The Ioff spec in the datasheet represents the leakage current when any of the supplies are held at 0V. Note that the I/O will also enter a high-impedance state.

This device offers VCC isolation feature, which puts the I/O in high impedance if one supply is powered off. The device should be ok- however please see the limitations as shown in: [FAQ] What is the difference between IOFF and VCC isolation? What are the conditions to guarantee it? for more information
