-Issue Q'ty : 1pcs out of 35 pcs

-Functional Issue : Pin 3(A2) -> Pin 6(B2) : Signal toggle phenomenon occurs during operation

(Temperature (°C) : 25    Vcc/Vdd (V) : 3.3   DC Vout (V) : 3.3 DC)

-Normal operation when replacing part

I request an analysis of the cause of the malfunction

    Some questions so I can further understand your situation- Could you confirm that the supplied voltage to the DIR pin is referenced to VCCA (3.3V)? Do you have I/O scope shots of the signal toggle anomaly that you are seeing as well? And lastly, with the 10k resistors being used at the inputs- is the anomaly seen at the input not reaching high?
