The SN74AVC2T45 does not work at 0.8 V.
The SN74AXC2T45 has a worst-case propagation delay of 38 ns, which corresponds to 26 Mbps.
For unidirectional downtranslation, you can also use any buffer with overvoltage-tolerant inputs. The SN74AUC2G34 has a typical propagation delay of 6.4 ns, which corresponds to 156 Mbps (but no worst case specification).
Hi Ladisch
Thanks you feedback.
another question.
If I don't care about propagation delay, I care about waveform integrity. Would the SN74AXC2T45 be my choice?
Can I get 50Mhz crystal good waveform in SN74AXC2T45 output?
I suspect that at 0.8 V, AUC has better waveforms than AXC. But the best way to find out is to test them yourself.
For signal integrity testing, IBIS models can be used to simulate your application. Note that loading conditions can have an impact the signal quality of your waveforms (See section 11 of datasheet for more details).
