Hi,

I would like to find a I2C bus voltage-level translator and the brief specification as below,

Please help to suggest the solution, Thanks!

VL : 3.3V
VCC : 0.9V or less.
Package : SOIC-8.
Pin define : see following picture.

There is no such device.

The TCA9517 might work if A and B sides are exchanged.

Hi Chin,

I assume you are trying to level-translate from 3.3V down to <0.9V? If that is the case, TCA9517 that Clemens suggested may work with his consideration: exchanging the A and B sides. TCA9517 is in D-SOIC 8 pin as well.

Another device to take into consider is our I3C level-translator TCA39416. Voltage range however is 1.98V to 0.72V for VCCA and VCCB sides. This device also does not fit your pin out suggestion nor the package type of SOIC.

Is there a specific reason that you need to translate down to 0.9V?

Thanks for the answer.

But our design was fixed and cannot be changed power source.

Hi Tyler,

Becasue we need 1.0V I2C level shifter and that is a fixed design we cannot change the circuit to modifiy power source.

It seems that TI doesn't have the part to meet our specification ?

Hi Chin,

LSF0102 can go as low as 0.95V and would recommend to take a further look if any flexibility per the package options available in the datasheet, thanks.
