There are two marking methods on the same edition, one is 9CAKGJK, the other is 9CAKG1K, what does the 1 and J mean respectively

These are date/trace/lot codes, and they are not published in the datasheet because TI wants to keep them secret.

But we bought a whole plate. Why are there two production codes

A reel has 2500 devices, but production lots are not necessarily a whole multiple of this. It is possible that a reel contains devices from different lots or even manufacturing sites.
