CD74HC4520: ESD protection diode

Hi,

All the pins on this device have ESD protection diodes?
Our customer has evaluated it as a replacement from Toshiba's TC74HC4520 and has already used it, but it was unconfirmed, so I am inquiring.

Also, please let me know about HBM as the figures are unknown.

Hello Hiroshi-san,

All logic devices offered by TI have ESD protection circuitry on all pins. I will have to check our records for this device when we return to work on Tuesday to see if we have an ESD report on file.

HC devices in general are designed to have 2kV HBM and 1kV CDM ratings.

I did not find a qual report on file for this device - we can only rate it as HBM < 1999V, CDM < 250V
