below picture is our project I2C/I3C DDR EEPROM diagram.

LSF can be used for I2C open-drain mode and I3C push-pull mode?

if any suggestion, Please advise me.

The LSF accepts both open-drain and push/pull signals, but its outputs always are open drain.

You can use the LSF with I3C, but you have to size the pull-up resistors correctly. A higher current allows higher speed, but increases the V_OL of all devices. Especially low-voltage devices might not have enough drive strength. Buffers like the TCA9803 support only up to 400 kHz. The new TCA39416 supports only up to 1.8 V. The TCA39306 might be fast enough for your I3C.

Please note that the LSF0102 and PCA9306 are the same device.

I have a project where the SMBUS supports 1MHz operation and we ae looking for a I2C level translator that supports 1MHz operation. Will either of these work?
