LSF0108: latch-up possible like with Vref B zero and Inputs 3.3 Volt

Hi,

is there a possibility that the devices could run into latch-up when  Vref B is not connected or shorted to GND  (EN off)  and applying a signal with 3.3Volt on B-port.  Like if there is an ESD structure that this could get the ESD diode aktivated and with a high current seeing some latch up?

If this is the case how to prevent any latch up?  Series resistor and what size and max. current coudl prevent any latch up?
