SN74LVTH244A: RGY Package Thermal Data

I requested thermal data for the RGY package under case CS1491554 . This is data that is normally contained in a data sheet but was not provided in the data sheets for these parts for some reason. I rejected the proposed resolution but it looks like the case was closed anyway. I am opening a new case as requested.

    Hi Bob,

    We are trying to add thermals to all our datasheets, however, this is a pretty large task. Many old datasheets have already been updated and new ones are releasing with the thermals. 

    I apologize for the inconvenience, I will put in a request to get this data for you. The turn around time is usually around 2 weeks. I will update you as they get back to me.

    Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value) 41.5
    Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value) 39.1
    Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value) 19.1
    Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value) 1.0
    Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value) 19.0
    Result-Theta JC, bottom (standard datasheet value) 6.8
