SN74LV14A: typ value for VT+/-

Hi team,

In the datasheet, only maximum value is soecified for VT+(Positive-going threshold) and minimum value is specified for VT– (Negative-going threshold).

Is it possible for you to teach us the all the min, typ, max values for VT+ and VT-?

Hello Ohashi-san,

Can you give me details of the specific application you need this data for? At a minimum I would need the voltage range. It would also be helpful to know what use-case requires both the maximum and minimum values for the device, and cannot use one of the devices such as SN74HCS14 that already has the max/min values provided.

Thanks for your reply. The only info I have for the usecase is Vcc=5V.

I will ask the customer for why they need the max/min value.

I spoke with my systems engineer and he said we should have data for you. When I return to work in the morning I will ask him to provide what he has for 5-V data.
