SN74LXCH8T245: Output Skew

Part Number: SN74LXCH8T245

Hello Expert(s),

I have a requirement less 1.5ns output skew between any two switching outputs within the same device. My VCCI and VCCO must be 3.3V and with 100Mbps data rate.

In the datasheet, it shows a translation from high to low or low to high voltage that correlates to a specific skew time but it looks like VCCI 3.0V - 3.6V to VCCO 3.0 - 3.6V is not being characterized for the skew time.

Would you able to characterize from going VCCI 3.3V to VCCO 3.3V what is the skew time?

Or can you point me to another part that may have these requirement shown in the datasheet? I've looked all different series, other shows the voltage I need but there is no skew time listed.

  • Hi Michael,

Unfortunately, we do not have the data as it is not spec'd  specifically and would recommend testing with the EVM.

However, for 3.3 V node and above; you can also observe how the skew is typically <1 ns, thanks.

    Best Regards,
    Michael.
