Hi all, Good day.

P/N: SN75ALS181NSR

I am creating a delivery specification for this part number.
The customer is Panasonic.
In the Qualification Summary, the results of ESD-HBM and CDM are described as "See data sheet".
However, the datasheet does not show the results of ESD.
Please tell me the test results.
(The data sheet is SLLS152E – DECEMBER 1992 – REVISED OCTOBER 2022.)

Hi Yamada-san,

I think there may be an issue in our qualification summary page. I checked all the previous versions of the datasheet and we never specified the HBM/CDM ratings for this device so it does not seem that we actually have these values for this device.
