SN74LV1T125: Does the LV1T family has Ioff feature?

Hi,

I get the information that LV1T family supports Ioff like LVC from this link. But I still can't find the Ioff specifications from their datasheets. So, I want know if this familly from TI supports Ioff.

SN74LV1Txxx devices do not have I_off. TI's and Nexperia's LV1T families are different.

From the datasheet of LV1T125, Figure 9-2 shows there is no ESD diode clamped to the Vcc pin. So, when Vcc = 0, what's the maximum input voltage it can tolerant?

The inputs are overvoltage tolerant up to 7 V; see [FAQ] Can the input voltage (Vi) to my logic device be higher than the supply voltage (Vcc)?

Hi,

Are the diodes shown in Figure 9-2 the so called 'ESD diodes', or they function as ESD protection too?
IMHO, when TI says Ioff, it means both input/output current are limited when supply is off, right? But LV1T here only limit the input current, so it isn't advertised Ioff supported, right?

1. The diodes from GND are parasitic diodes created by P/N junctions between the p-doped die and other components. The diodes at the outputs are the MOSFET body diodes. These diodes are useful for ESD protection, but there are additional protection structures at the inputs to handle positive ESD voltages.

2. In theory, I_off applies to both inputs and outputs. But all devices with I_off have overvoltage-tolerant inputs, while not all devices with overvoltage-tolerant inputs have I_off. So in practice, I_off is information about the outputs.
