I got some SN74AVCH4T245DR IC samples recently
I wanted to use them for shifting level between 5V SPI and 1.8V SPI interface
It took a long time to select this IC, and it turned out it is 2x2 CH (2 direction controls are connected to 2-2 channels) so it not really fit in my application. Transmit direction: CS, CLK, MOSI (+ one extra 10MHz clock) receive direction: MISO
I don't know if you are more familiar with these level shifters, but would be great if you can suggest something that is simple and fitt in my application

The best choice for 3+1 SPI is the TXU0304.

For the extra signal, you could use the TXU0104. But if you need to convert down, you can use any buffer with overvoltage-tolerant input, e.g., SN74LVC1G34/125.
