TXS0206: need current consumption on VCCa and VCCb

Hello,

I want to use the TXS0206 device at full speed. Can you please provide me with the current consumption of the device itself - separetely on the VCCa and VCCb line with VCCa=VCCb=3.3 V

I can not find those numbers in the datasheet.

IccA & IccB values are as shown below (also in Pg 11 of the datasheet). Please also refer to this FAQ for further notes on current consumption.

Thanks for your feedback. Since I took over this topic I was wondering if the given current consumption is only 5/6 µA @ full speed as well?

Hi Stefan,

Yes, the given max current consumption (5/6 µA) is for recommended max speed of 60 Mbps for push pull applications & 1 Mbps for Open Drain applications.
