I have contacted the CSC group but could not get the answer from them. (CS1574824)
they proposeed the question ask to E2E was supported.
The data sheet for the product SN74AUP3G06DCUR states that the HBM ESD test conditions are 2000V.
Do you conduct ESD tests for each terminal under the condition of ±2000V? Please let me know it.
