SN74LVC2G132DCUR Impedance Error

Hi team,

We are receiving an impedance error on MPN SN74LVC2G132DCUR, the measurements made to detect a defective U15 component is with the following method:

Using a Digital multimeter, with the ohmeter we measure 2 test points:

Between ground to A2& A3 points (pins 1&2 from component U15) from connector should be a Megaohms reading.

Instead of this, the measurements are only kohms in a defective component U15.

Normally on a good component U15 the measurements shall be megaohms, and not Kohms.

the failure rate is around 0.31% at SMT and 0.22% at HLA.

Please your help on this matter

Ok, great. I took a look at your PowerPoint. There, you said that pins 7 and 8 had low impedance, but in this post, you are talking about pins 1 and 2. Can you confirm which pins are showing the error?

Hi Ian,

Just to let you know I removed the files but TI CS told me I can share them by mail again. I already asked about the pins to my engineer team, is there any mail I can send you the files again? If I reply the notification email that I receive when a comment is posted here does the response appears here?

Hi Frida,

I'd recommend that you contact your assigned sales representative from TI, or ask TI Customer Support Center for an email you can send your files to.

Relying to the email does not post the response here, but the email doesn't go to me.
