Hi All,

I need Transient SPICE model for SN74LVC1G74DCUT for simulation. I have checked in the website but didn't find it anywhere. I could find only Behavioral SPICE model, but I need Transient one.

Please help me to get the Transient SPICE Model for SN74LVC1G74DCUT, at least for similar part.

The models available on TI.com are all of the models available for the device.

Can you tell me what behavior you are trying to understand from the device? Perhaps we can help with an explanation -- these are not complex devices.

I actually want to simulate the circuit in LTSpice. So need Transient PSPICE Model.

Hi Santhosh,

Flip-flops are generally not supported by SPICE-based simulators due to singular solutions (ie convergence errors). Each simulator has its own work-around for this - you may want to reach out to linear technologies to see if they have a solution for placing a D-type flip-flop in your design.
