Is there some kind of marking standard? Two chips from different batches with different font sizes.

    Hi Evgenya,

    If you bought the parts from an approved vender, they are both equivalent TI parts . You can find the list of TI approved venders here. If you bought them from a non-authorized distributer, one may be a counterfeit part.
