SN74AXC4T774-Q1: Switching Characteristics

Part Number: SN74AXC4T774-Q1

I have many questions about SN74AXC4T774-Q1. Please answer below.

Qestion.pdf

Above table is  6.13 Switching Characteristics, VCCA = 3.3 ± 0.3 V.

Q1:What's the reason the value varies 0.5 to 8 ? (For example tempurature)

Q2:Is the time of rise and fall same? If it is different, please tell me difference value.

Q3:In case of -25℃,25℃,55℃ and 70℃ please tell me rise time and fall time.

Q4:Do you have glaph of temprature vs rise time and fall time?

  • Hi Soichiro,

Q1. Please help see the referenced E2E thread to help clarify as the loading makes a difference.

Q2. Similar to Q1, it explains the rise time for VOH and fall time for VOL; therefore, the max output transition rate between the two as tpd. Please see [FAQ] What is the output transition rate for a logic device?

Q3 and Q4.  Unfortunately, it was not part of the spec/characterization of the device as they would have been in the datasheet. However, you could also use the above to estimate per the datasheet's characteristics. Note the data was taken across temperature ranges, so the maximum and minimum columns listed will be the maximum and minimum tpd for the device over the entire recommended operating temperature range, thanks.

    Best Regards,
    Michael.
