We're looking p2p compatible with SN74HCS541 but the clamp diode structure is unidirection structure (Clamping diode between OUTPUT and INPUT to GND)

I know the SN74ABT541 is a p2p and meeting requirement of unidirection clamping diode, but it looks the device is old one and without hysteresis feature.
