Hello Xiaofu,
"SN54LS374" is what we refer to as a Generic Part Number, or GPN. To give a full description: SN is the prefix used for TI logic devices. 54 indicates a military rated device. LS is the logic family (Low-power Schottky), and 374 is the function (Octal D-type flip-flops).
"SNJ54LS374J" is what we refer to as an Orderable Part number, or OPN. This provides a specific orderable part number, and this one in particular is for the "J" package, a ceramic dual-inline type package.
Or, in other words, these are not different devices, but two ways to refer to the same device.
