Dear Team,

May I know TXS0104E can support these spec as below?

if not, do we have any suitable solution can meet  these specs?

1. For SPI NOR Flash
2. 4 channel(MOSI/MISO/CLK/CS)
3. input 2.5V voltage level convert to 3.3V voltage level
4. bi-direction
5. propagation delay <3 ns
6. CL<10 pF

    These SPI signals are not bidirectional; you have several unidirectional signals, some of which go in different directions. This is usually handled with the TXU0304.

    Why is the required propagation delay so low? This usually implies a very high frequency.

    Hi ,

    In fact, as long as the direction can allow SPI to communicate, I can accept it.
    If it is a fixed direction, basically MISO will be different from other signal directions, I understand this.

    In addition, the propagation delay is based on the specifications of high-speed signals. If my definition is too strict, please help to follow the SPI level shiftet+buffer propagaion delay suggestions that are commonly used in the market today.

    The TXU0304 is commonly used for SPI.

    What is the specification that this 3 ns value is based on?
