SN74LVC125A: RN PCU_QC Buffer_ESD_Diode on the OE# pin(Pin 1,4)

Part Number: SN74LVC125A

CS1629089: RN PCU_QC Buffer_SN74LVC125ADT_ESD_Diode on the OE# pin(Pin 1,4)

Hi,

Project Name   : Renault PCU

TI part Number :SN74LVC125ADT

We are using SN74LVC125ADT buffer in our RN PCU project.

SCH attached for your review and reference.

Question :

1.Does the OE# pin has ESD diode pulled up with Vcc ?? like diode P terminal connected to OE# pin and ESD diode N terminal connected to Vcc pin ??

2. Can we use OE# pullup 3.3V while Vcc is 1.8V ? if in that case , 3.3V pullup on the OE# will drive any current to the 1.2V supply ??
