    Hi Marvin,

    SPICE inherently doesn't directly support digital functions like counters that include latches or flip-flops. There are digital implementations for logic devices in some simulators, but not in SPICE in general. IBIS is used for a completely different type of analysis (signal integrity), and provides no functionality beyond the output waveform and input impedance.

    What is your customer trying to understand about the part?
