The dataeheet says, to ensure the high-impedance state during power up or power down, OE shall be tied to VCC through a pullup resistor.
In my cirucit, the IC dose not need to be in the high-impedance state during power up or power down. Is it OK to always tie OE to GND?
No example circuits on datasheet, so, I am not sure about this.
