Hi team,

Is there any requirement of pull up resistors for the I/O 's pin in the respective IC for not keep floating?

Yes. The I/Os have integrated dynamic pull-down resistors, but they are active only for a short time; see section 8.3.1.1 of the datasheet.

I have read that in the datasheet .so my doubt is that if i didn't place the pull up, will it cause high current during floating stage

Yes; when the dynamic pull-downs are not active, the input might float.

The following statement is mentioned in the datasheet page no:5 .......All control inputs and data I/Os of this device have weak pulldowns so that the line is not floating when undefined external to the
device. The input leakage from these weak pulldowns is defined by the II specification indicated under Electrical Characteristics.

so what does this mean?
