SN74AXC4T774: SN74AXC4T774PWR IBIS ISSUE

Hi :

I was using level Translator p/n  SN74AXC4T774PWR for SPI application as SPI master and Slave are working at different IO voltage level.

I have downloaded the IBIS model from TI website and used ADS platform for IBIS simulation . The schematic as shown below

IBIS1 acts input (A1 pin as input)   and IBIS2 acts as output (B1 pin as output) . 

As per result the Output is inverted w.r.t Input 

Looks like there is some issue with the IBIS model . Please check and revert back. 

In case you have any result please share me the result

    Hey Shamanth,

    Currently trying to replicate the issue you are seeing w/ the inverted output- will keep you updated. Could you also send over the simulation files you used as well?

    Hey Shamanth,

    It seems that you may have picked the inaccurate model for this simulation ("model io_3p3_z" contains the signal integrity for output =3.3V; input = 0.7V)- try using the model "io_1p8_x" for your simulation instead. I have attached an example of this IBIS model with your parameters.
