I have a customer that has this part from us, here at Mouser Electronics.... and per your data sheet for the p/n SN74ALVC164245DLR your data sheet does Not provide us a Soldering Profile... your data sheet only comments on "it needs high temperature for soldering"
Customer bought qty 848 and he is having soldering issues where the parts are: "During SMT run parts would not completely adhere to board with solder"
so, provide the temperature, solder need, flux paste, time etc for the correct soldering process.
