As shown on ti.com/quality-reliability-packaging-download/report?opn=SN74LVC2G14DCKR, there are four assembly site, of which three use NiPdAu, and one uses Sn. All use the same set of possible markings, so, officially, the marking does not give you additional information.

If you want a device with known lead frame plating, order E4 or G4. It's exaclty the same as the SN74LVC2G14DCKR, but comes only from a NiPdAu assemby site. And here the only possible marking is CF5, so I guess there is a relationship between marking and site that TI does not tell you about.

How do we come to know which is the leadframe plating material when we receive the order? If E4 or G4 indicate NIPDAU then what indicate Sn Plating material, can you provide more information? Because we will be using harsh environment like Tire and Rubber Industry where Sulphur content is predominant.

When you order SN74LVC2G14DCKR, you cannot control what you get.
