TXU0202: Non-monotonic signal at input

Hi TI Team,

I'm using TXU0202 for UART application

But because of the long cable, the non-monotonic issue happens at the input of TXU0202

Can this thing cause unwanted signal at output ?

    The TXU has Schmitt-trigger inputs. As long as the noise is not too high, there will be no additional edges at the output.

    In any case, UARTs sample the signal in the middle of a bit and are quite resistant to noisy edges.
