SN74AXC2T45: Plating thicknesses for SN74AXC2T45DCUR (VSSOP) and SN74AXC2T45DTMR (2XSON)

Hi,

I would like to know the plating and underplating thicknesses for the SN74AXC2T45DCUR (VSSOP) version and for the SN74AXC2T45DTMR (2XSON) version. The composition is clear and the mass/ppm as well based on the documents extracted from https://www.ti.com/materialcontent/home but I need the thicknesses.

Hello Jose,

The lead finish for the VSSOP device uses Tin. The thickness ranges from 7 - 20 um for both plating and underplating.

Since the 2XSON device uses a NiPdAuAG finish, the ranges are given below for each:

Ni: 0.25 - 1.25 um
Pd: 0.005 - 0.02 um
Au-Ag: 0.005 - 0.0625 um

This is all the information I can give.
