Part Number: SN74AHC00

Per Material Declaration , The Bond wire is copper, Need a Copper wire Qualification Test Report (Test performed on WIre bond , Wire Shear test) per AEC , but when i ask a Query i get a SGS Report, but that report doesnt specify anywhere about the Wire Shear, die wire. Can you please clarify this statement and provide the document for Copper wire testing Report.

    Hello,

    It is my understanding that the AEC (ie the Automotive Electronics Council) specifies requirements for automotive grade parts. The part you have posted under is commercial grade -- I'm a bit confused on why the AEC would be requiring anything for non-automotive parts. I'm also not an expert with qualification or construction of devices.

    The engineers on E2E are experts with the operation and usage of their particular devices (for example, I am an expert with analog logic ICs), but they are not in any way related to the qualification or physical construction of our devices. If you need help using a device, this is the right place. Otherwise, I would recommend going to the CSC.
