TXS0108E: SD interface failing on new boards

Part Number: TXS0108E

We manufactured a new batch of boards, but the SD card interface is failing on the second batch.
It can still be run at low frequencies (400k), but fails at normal speeds (50MHz).
Stackup and routing are exactly the same, there are only changes in different subcircuits. Processor is NXP IMX8.
Have there been changes in the silicon of the TXS0108 by any chance?

We can try to swap out the chips to see if this chip really is the cause of the problem, but we do not see many other variables contributing to this problem.
The relevant schematic sheet is attached.
What could be the problem?
