What is the internal pull-up resistance value? If this is an open-collector output as you said without internal pull-up,

then if without an external pull-up resistor and external pull-up source, then how this device output is going to remain at a high state?

Hello,

The SN74LVC1G17 does not have an internal pull-up resistor, and it is not an open-collector device.

Can you please provide the reference where these questions are coming from? I am not familiar with any documentation that claims this device is open-collector.

No, the datasheet doesn't mention anything about open-drain.

The electrical characteristics provide the output drive specifications for both the high state and the low state, indicating that the device has balanced push-pull outputs:
