Yes.

For voltages below 3.3 V, the SN74AUC2G86 would be appropriate.

The SN74LVC86A-Q1 has four channels, does not work above 3.3 V, and is automotive qualified. I do not know how far this matches with the actual requirements.

Hi Boyan,

If the requirement is just for an XOR gate, then I might recommend the SN74HCS86-Q1 available in the BQA package. Do we know any timing limitations or output loading concerns?
