SN74LVC1G07: Slew rate of output signal

Hi, Logic team

I would like to know the slew rate of output signal from the characteristics in the datasheet. Because the post-stage circuit has a slew rate specification for the input signal.

The actual required specification is 50mV/ns during Vcc*30% and Vcc*70% as Vcc=1.8V.

Could you give your comments if SN74LVC1G07 is satisfied the above specification? If not satisfied, please inform me about your recommended device .

But note that the speed of the rising edge is determined by the pull-up resistor. Why are you using an open-drain device? A push/pull output (e.g., SN74LVC1G34) would easily match this requirement.

Thank you for your prompt reply.

I didn't notice that SN74LVC1G34 is the push-pull device. I suggest it to my customer using SN74LVC1G34DCK instead of SN74LVC1G07DCK.

By the way, can I check the slew rate of each device using a P-spice model? When I tried P-Spice model, the difference of the slew rate of output was not checked.
