I have question about this description in document "SCES877A – DECEMBER 2018 – REVISED JULY 2020".

The SN74AXC4T245 device can support high data-rate applications. The translated signal data rate can be up
to 380 Mbps when the signal is translated from 1.8 V to 3.3 V.

How do I calcurate the data-rate.

In chapter 6.11, tpd is less than 6ns when VCCA=1.8V and VCCB=3.3V.
There are no description output slew rate specs.
How is 380Mbps derived by above specs?

The data rate cannot be calculated; it must be measured.

You could estimate the maximum data rate from the propagation delay, but this estimate is likely to be too low (for 1.8 V to 3.3 V, 1 / 6 ns = 166 Mbps).

As Clemens mentioned, data rata is measured. Either this is guaranteed by design or test validation.
