When the power is turned on, 960[mV] voltage is applied to the input (A1 to A8) of SN74LVC245APWRE4 for 200[ms].Is there any problem?
I am concerned that the device may malfunction due to the flow of through current.
After 200[ms], a voltage of 0[V] or 3.3[V] is input to A1 to A8.
The power supply voltage of the device is 3.3V, DIR = 3.3V, /OE = 0V.
