Hi Team,

I make a calculation about current consumption.

And i want to know if I understand about TXB0106's datasheet.

In TXB0106 datasheet,

Maximum current is 100mA.

And Electrical Characteristics sheet, there is also current table. It is only use 5uA.

The test condition is TXB0106 not working, right? Because Io is 0 A.

so when i do a calculation about current consumption, I refer to the Maximum current (100mA)?

The absolute maximum ratings tell you at which currents the device can get damaged. You should stay away from those (and in the case of the TXB, it is actually impossible to reach those currents).

I_CCA and I_CCB indeed are idle currents. But note that the supply current is defined as the current that flows into V_CC and out of GND, so the load current is not included.

For high-frequency signals, also look at C_pd. (See [FAQ] How do I Calculate Power Consumption or Current Consumption for my CMOS Logic Device?)

Anyway, the TXB has a drive strength of only 20 µA per pin, so the load current is near zero, and it is usually not necessary to care about its total consumption.
