Part Number: SN74HC151

After the product was installed, it was found to be defective, and the impedance value was found to be small when it was removed for testing. Please help confirm what caused this problem

    I cannot see which pins you are testing, but please note that all I/O pins have clamping diodes to VCC.

    You have not told us the symptons of the problem, but damage is usually caused by overvoltage; in this case, I'd suspect ESD from the switches.
