- SN74AHC74PWR


I was not able to find it in the datasheet.

    Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value) 122.2
    Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value) 51.5
    Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value) 65.2
    Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value) 7.5
    Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value) 64.7
    Result-Theta JC, bottom (standard datasheet value) n/a
